Transneft Central Siberia has conducted a workshop for young specialists for the purpose of their adaptation to work with Transneft system, increase of creative initiative and profession skill, as well as establishing more effective communication among them.

Transneft Central Siberia has conducted the second try-out stage of the corporate “Best in Profession” contest for professional skill; its results were summed up in Tomsk on May 26, 2016.
Closing of All-Russian Children Military Historical Assembly, organized by Russian Military Historical Society, was conducted on May 20, 2016 in the International Children Centre Artek (Republic of Crimea). 540 teenagers from educational organizations, military schools and military patriotic unions of Russian regions, including participants from Tomsk, participated in the assembly.
The exhibition of all-Russian review contest “Young Talents” in the sphere of arts and crafts and folk art was opened on May 18, 2016 in Tomsk regional art museum.
Transneft Central Siberia provided financial support in the amount of 150 thousand rubles for organization the IIIrd Tomsk Regional Children and Youth Festival of Films For Moral Development entitled The Bronze Knight.
Transneft Central Siberia made a targeted charitable donation in the amount of RUB 3 million for construction of the first in Tomsk region rehabilitation centre for children with cancer.
